Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we ensure every order is prepared properly.

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY to our eligible delivery areas.


Delivery availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Once your order has been processed, you will receive delivery information when applicable.


DELIVERY TIMES


After your order has been processed, delivery is generally expected within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and delivery availability.


Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Inability to access the delivery location


If an order needs to be redelivered because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION


Depending on the delivery method, your order may require delivery confirmation, a signature, or another form of verification.


Once your order has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, MsDeein Luxury Hair is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.


We recommend having your order delivered to a secure location.


LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES


If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.


We will do our best to assist you in locating the package; however, MsDeein Luxury Hair is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered.


DELAYS


While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


At this time, MsDeein Luxury Hair only offers delivery within our available domestic delivery areas.


International shipping may become available in the future.
